This site is owned and operated by MCM Vaccine BV. The presentation and each of the materials, including trademarks, logos and domain names, posted on the web site located at www.mcmvaccine.com (hereinafter the "Site"), are protected by the applicable laws as regards Intellectual Property, and are owned by MCM Vaccine BV or have been subjected to authorization of use granted to it.
No material from the Site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, distorted, transmitted or distributed in any way, on any support, in total or in part, without MCM Vaccine BV prior written consent, except for press use only, on condition that intellectual property rights and all other property rights are respected. The only authorized copies are for personal, non-commercial, home use.

All authorized use of visuals, whether constituting the site or included within it, must not be distorted, modified or altered in any way whatsoever.
MCM Vaccine BV reserve the right to take legal action against any counterfeit or misappropriation of its intellectual property rights.

2. Nature of information

The Site contains information relating to disease awareness, immunization, vaccination, health and in general the medical domain  reserved exclusively for use by human beings. This is for information purposes only and is not meant to be a substitute for the advice provided by your own physician or pharmacist. You should not use the information contained herein for diagnosing any illness or physical problem or in order to prescribe or use any pharmaceutical specialties presented on the Site. You should always consult your own physician or pharmacist.
If you have medical concerns or questions, please note that for regulatory and ethical reasons, MCM Vaccine BV will not communicate directly with the general public. We will of course be happy to give additional information to your physician or pharmacist regarding our product, vaccine-preventable illnesses or vaccinology in general.
As the case may be, expert opinions concerning a particular area in relation with the content of the Site shall be posted on the Site, or extracts from press articles. Such information represents only the opinions of the respective experts or of the newspaper, which opinions are not necessarily those of MCM Vaccine BV. 4. Nominative information and other information

MCM Vaccine BV will not divulge to any third party personal information concerning you which you may communicate via electronic mail. This information will be used for the sole purpose of replying to you in the most efficient way possible.

5. Information automatically collected and stored

As many other companies do, MCM Vaccine BV also measures the performance of its site in order to improve and customize it in favor of our visitors. During your visit, MCM Vaccine BV automatically collects and temporarily stores the following information about your computer and your visit:

  • the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to MCM Vaccine BV site, if applicable
